Take control of your diet and your health!

Nutrition services are now available at Marleen Tassé Health Services. Our nutritionist-dietician, a member of the Ordre professionnel des diététistes du Québec, can help you adapt healthy dietary habits suited to your health and lifestyle. Diet plays a key role in weight, blood pressure, diabetes, and blood cholesterol management. Sustainable changes in food choices can also help regulate the digestion, as well as reduce the symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis and other digestive disorders. Lastly, a balanced diet can reduce chronic fatigue and improve sports performance.
